On behalf of Computron Software MESH selected a new owner for several Azure and .NET applications (Health, Lifestyle, Planning and Education). MESH facilitated the entire process that resulted in the sale of the software portfolio to Verstraaten Beheer BV.
MESH searched and selected Cloud Automation and Software-companies from Europe and North America, and in the process helped to create a leading software and implementation company in the Cloud-automation market. The new formed company offers unique advantages and capabilities relative to provisioning and management of applications in MS Azure.
The company will operate under the name of Spinpanel, from its Amsterdam HQ and several global support, sales and development centers.
